Traveling to Queensland

So Allen Zhang is interstates, is been a few days, but it was relatively boring.

Mostly went to see some Koalas, they were quit kewte. As I would probably tell Matt... which is torn between his family and wanting to hangout with his friend. Haha... Then there's the guy I'm actually visiting. Who is hung up with work, girlfriend and inline skate state championship.

Sitting in the lobby of Matt's Hotel right now, not really doing much. Enduring the bad singing of the lobby singer guy... who is actually god aweful.

So I've established 3 rules while traveling.

1. No Gambling or online gaming of any kind, you are not sitting at home comfortably, or is able to know the local casnios well enough.
2. Must make all plans ahead of time, what to do and whatnot.
3. Work heaps beforehand if the trip involes going to the casnio to kill time beforehand.

The weather is nice and the trip itself is actually quite lovely. Will make some photo updates soon :) When I get home to the laptop, or when I get home and is back in Melbourne.

Food! Poker! Exams! and others.

I've been working heaps, its so tiring... = = but I will post some interesting things.

Exam have gone swimmingly, hopefully. :D hahaha.. its so tiring. Exams are so stupid, I hope people should just stop doing exams. If you work hard enough and try your best. Universities should just let you win! I mean COMEON!

:) I recently picked up a new poker hand, 78 suited, it just feels soo good when I play it. And I feel like I can read anyone when I have it :D. Don't really know why, but its just slowly becoming my favorite hand.

Lastly, I wanted to do a little food review from veggie bar! It’s a nice place on Brunswick Street. Stuff there tastes quite good! And VERY VERY enjoyable. Most of the food there are either vegan or vegetarian. This means if you’re big on meat, probably not a good choice.

So I was there with me and Matt, we ordered, the Rotti Chunai and Vegetarian Nachos for our entree, the rotti chunai was full of flavor, which is great as it was just yellow beans and the curry powder, long cooked in a pan. : ) served with a white fluffy rotti bread. The vegetarian nacho was what Matt and I agreed is the best dish we tried. It had a bit of everything, fresh salsa, guac, sour cream and other bits and pieces....

For main Matt ordered the migoren, which were nice and thick noodles, they were great and fluffy, it had potatoes, and bits of tofu with bean sprouts. The only downside is that it lacked in flavor. Probaly because the vegies were a bit undercooked.

I ordered the pumpkin risotto. It had broad beans which were VERY nicely cooked, it was crunchy and served with some nice fresh pesto, the flavor was very rich and combined with a creamy texture. YUMMO! It was a very generous serving as well. (it doesn't look like it on the photo, but the bowl was quite deep). All of the food were washed down with a chocolate milkshake for Matt and a Honey Pollen / Banana blend for me (which tastes SO GOOD!)

Lastly the atmosphere is very very alternative, lots of pretty people with pretty and strange clothing, great way to spend a lunch or afternoon just chilling out in this funky place. The service was very friendly and the food all came right on time :) which is when we're getting hungry / feeling like the next dish!

PHOTOS! : O *Proceeds to make yummy noises

It takes 14 days for you to realise that you don't like me as much as I like you

It takes 14 days to realise that investing too much feelings into this was a mistake

It takes 14 days for me to fall in and out of love with you (So my friends say)

It'll take 14 days to go through those four stages again

It'll take 14 days for me to grow some balls and realise that I'm a man

: ) I love you, all the friends that supported me through the times when I'm down, thanks for being there for me. I know it wasn't that bigga deal with her. But sometimes as most of people who are close to me knows, I can easily be an very obsessive fellow with too much on my mind.

This doesn't mean that we'll never see or talk to each other, we can still be friends (or I hope so anyways). I don't want all of my quest for love end in tragity, because if that happens, things will just be weird between me and a lot of people. Bahahaha.. xD

And lastly, no regrets, other than taking things too seriously. It was worth every minute of that 14 days.

What do I have to be?

Apparently this guy, what makes him so special? Because he's such stereotypical hot-Asian guy? I don't understand why people see that as attractive. The dude has nice features, but come on, he's not worth being called Sama...

This is my rant for today.

So its been ages since the last one.

I think the last time I blogged was the middle of last year... So its time for an update!

So since the last time, I can tell you that I am on the third year of my education, and hopefully going well considering I just finished my first exam for the semester. (Business Statistics, I hate you) My other three subjects are pretty straight forward and theory based though ... International Marketing, which I love, and E-Commerce, which turned out to be pretty fun at the start with a good group but ended in us having a grudge against each other, the same sort of applied to Professional Development 2. But the good thing is that I only have 3 exams! (YAY!) And all of that will finish on the 21st of June.

After all that shenanigans I will take a quite and lovely trip to Queensland, where I will relax with the best mate and enjoy the warm weather.

In other news, I broke up with who I thought was the love of my life, it seems that the on and off relationship is finally over. It has been a very rough 3 years, I still wonder how she is now... I wish I can say that I have no regrets in breaking up this relationship, but I did what had to be done, or else the both of us will be hurt over and over...

On the employment front, I am working currently at Collins Street Salsas Mex Fresh! : ) Its probably one of the most exciting places Ive worked at, the bosses are quite approachable, and very friendly, the same apply to the exciting co-workers! (You lovely bunch of coconuts. [surprisingly the closest person to an actual "coconut" is an Indian girl! ha-ha...])

Finally, in the life front. Everything is back on track... New friends are coming and going, old friends still sort of maintaining touch. The same still happens as well, the enigma in my life is still the love - life that I wish I had. The relationship with her right now is weird and I wish I'd know how she really feels about me. >3<

P.S. Thanks to Jenny for making me get off my ass and post again!

P.S.S Not many people will read this, so an excuse for me to play poker : (Kaitlyn I love you)

P.S.S.S I no longer play magic: the gathering, at least not for the next 2 years as I am suspended by the DCI.
